New version of iRelay+ firmware (7.0.0)

Full compatibility for Home assistant has been added in the new firmware version. Home assistant automatically recognizes all sensors and there is no need for any editing. Just set the MQTT server data in iRelay and everything will be installed automatically. This is a new MUST HAVE and I will soon share the design ways in the Home assistant interface

In the new firmware version, support for the old LCD screens that were installed in the Classic version and monochrome OLED screens has been discontinued, and firmware upgrades for them will no longer be available. In this way, we get a lot of new room for improvement plus the reliability of iRelay+

In the new firmware version, support for all Blynk services has been discontinued. Blynk, like all better cloud platforms, can be connected via MQTT, and that’s why we continue to develop the product in that direction. Additional intervals have also been added to send additional sensors that are built into the iRelay+

In the new firmware version, the stability of the MQTT connection to the server has been improved. Further upgrades will be based on MQTT to improve communication and integration on homeassistant. Due to the increasingly frequent price increases of cloud services, the tendency is for people who use IOT technology to switch to their own private server such as homeassistant and to no longer depend on expensive alternatives.

New Thermometer on 3m-silicone cabel

As I already wrote, I noticed that some waterproof sensors cannot withstand high temperatures, and malfunctions occur when used at temperatures above 90C. Unfortunately, hardly any sensor manufacturer declares such conditions. Therefore, for all of you who put sensors in the boil, the recommendation is to use a sensor on a silicone cable that is declared for temperatures from -60 to 200c… Although of course the measurement range is from -50 to 125C.
That’s why from today we also offer a thermometer with a silicone 3-meter cable.

New temperature sensors

Coming soon, thermometers and iRalay with silicone thermometers, especially water-resistant and resistant to high temperatures (200C/392F). With the new thermometers, the temperature at the time of mash and higher temperatures will not be a problem at all.
